Description:

 

The fates of two men are crossed from the very day they're born together in the same hospital, and in turn, their families' fates as well.

 

Days after his younger brother's birth, Lee Dong-chul, (Song Seung-heon) witnesses the murder of his father. From then on he promises to seek revenge on the man who caused his father's death, Shin Tae-hwan (Jo Min-ki). But unbeknownst to everybody is the fact that Dong-chul's younger brother, Dong-wook (Yeon Jeong-hun), was switched at birth with Tae-hwan's son, Myeong-hun (Park Hae-jin). Dong-wook grows up to become a prosecutor and vows to help his brother seek revenge while Dong-chul chases money and power in casinos.

 

But what will happen when they find out that they're not brothers?

 

What will Dong-chul do when he finds out that his real brother was raised by Shin Tae-hwan and the brother he loves is the son of his enemy?

·         Production costs were one of the highest to date in Korean drama history at 25 million USD.

·         There was controversy around two-thirds through the airing when Lee Da-hae of the leading cast dropped out, claiming that her character lacked direction and depth.

·         This large-scale drama landed Song Seung-heon the actor of the year award in 2008, along with actor Kim Myeong-min of “Beethoven Virus.”
